I can tell you one thing you do not know yet.
Despite dread gang commander made grave mistake he still have my utmost respect and i'll tell you why.
So a gang commander that would have properly assessed the situation and came to the conclusion if would be better to withdraw and save 8 dreads at the expense of 1, would be less respect deserving?
There's no worse fleet commander than someone not knowing when to cut the losses and sacrificing all.
But ofcourse from a personal point of view you're welcome to do it again
